We provide 10 free credits daily. Credits are non-transferable and reset at midnight UTC. We reserve the right to modify credit limits at any time.
You agree NOT to: generate harmful, illegal, or explicit content; impersonate others; reverse engineer our systems; use automated bots to exceed rate limits; or violate any applicable laws.
You retain ownership of content you create using our tools. You grant us a limited license to process your prompts to deliver the service. AI-generated outputs may not be registered for copyright in some jurisdictions.
Creative AI Video is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Our service connects to third-party AI providers. Their respective terms of service also apply to generated content. We are not responsible for their availability or outputs.
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
